These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zandrin website and software platform ("Service"), operated by Zandrin ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Zandrin provides AI-powered operations software for restaurants, including order management, floor management, kitchen display, and revenue analytics tools. Access to the platform is granted on an invitation or subscription basis following a demo.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at zandrin.founder@gmail.com.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Zandrin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (menu data, order data, staff data, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Zandrin a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Pricing and subscription terms are agreed upon separately during the onboarding process. Zandrin reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zandrin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
